I ordered a product "Natural Quiet" with 30 day money back guarantee....The product did not work for me and I sent it back on 05/29/2012....Delivery confirmation USPS.... I called them at 800-296-1578...They told me they received the returned product and I should allow up to 2 weeks for a full refund ($59.99) I paid for return shipping...After 30 days, I still did not receive and refund and called again....This time I was told I would have to call their "Customer Advocate" line 866-271-4707...I have called them no less than 4 times since June 30, 2012 and they just kept giving me the run-around....
The last call was on July 23, 2012 And told me that they would be mailing out a check the next day and I would receive it no later than July 31, 2012....I just got mail today and there is no check from them....I have all the necessary documents and receipts to prove my case......Kindly advise
