I purchased the handbag on June 22/2012 and after a few days of use found stains on the leather, I had to leave for vacation and upon my return went back to the store to exchange the bag, to my surprise I got refused, I send email with the picture of demaged bag to the customer service of Canadian operation and received advice to return to the store when the manager try to solve the problem I did it today and again received I nice explanation from the store manager that it's my problem because I used to wear it( 8 daya) and the bag got scratched by me. There is nothing what to do pay additional $ 283 and buy a new bag, I did not know that your handbags are for display only!

Of Michael kors company to respond to me regards otherwise my lawyer will be more then happy to get involved, Michael kors is famous designer and lawyers are waiting for the opportunity to bite the fortune.
