Moved out of a rental property on 6/24/2012. Although the property was thoroughly cleaned and multiple items replaced, i.e blinds light bulbs; still I was charged over half of the deposit which was eleven hundred fifty dollars. A charge for replacing the door locks was acceptable because I had lost one of my keys. In the move out report there was no itemized info for the two hundred and ninety two dollars charged for various repairs. Also they state the carpet was stained, I concur since it was that way when I moved in. That was a seventy five dollar charge. I have a condition and inventory checklist which was completed when I moved in which clearly shows some items I was charge for are not my wrong doings. I also have receipts of the carpet cleaning. Last but not least I attempted to contact property manager multiple times regarding these issues since there had been another property manager involved in my move in through another company called Dunn and Co and she has not returned my calls.
