I was called by someone named Daniel Hawk saying he was from Microsoft. He stated that I needed security on my computer and that Microsoft would provide it. He said if I did not have security, my computer can be entered into & used without my knowing it.I believe I have been scammed. The ref # he gave me is 1068806131. Could you please help me. Do you think I should change my credit card? Will they use it again? Thanks for your help.
