I had a call from a Robert Harrison asking if I wanted to sell my timeshare. He offered a price and told me he had a buyer at that price. I found that agreeable and he called me again and said he would have his lawyers work everything up for $895. I sent him a check for that amount. He also sent me a Terms and Conditions paper which I signed and sent back.I told him I would be our of country until 25 July. He said we could settle when I returned. I also received a call from Tony Erickson, Sales Manager, to assure me that Robert Harrison wan handling everything okay. I told him I thought he was. When I returned I called Robert Harrison on 27 July and again on 28 July and 30 July. Each time I could only leave a message. Then I call Tony Erickson and found his phone was disconnected. It was only then I suspected something was amiss. Then I rechecked TRICORP Property Solutions, Inc and found this was a scam. When I checked it early in July there were only glowing reports.
Since this is a federal crime has an investigation team been established? Who can I call to follow up on this?
