im wrighting to u as u have taken cash out of my card with no concent i canceled my oder after too day of geting them and sent them back the same day i had an email fom u to say that it was canceled and all was fine but u still toke cash from me of 70 pounds and that was for my direkt debits wich i have had a 50 pounds charge for im a working singl mum of to and this has left me with a lot of stress it very hard to to saty on top of bill and now having charges to ad to it im discusted that u can do this to ppl emma watts-bowen
