I saw the free 14 day trial for Avilean and Colon Flow on a UK web site. I was charged $10 shipping costs initially. I then found I had been charged after 14 days $217 or £140 in UK money and had not received anything. I then contacted the company and contrary to their help desk persons argument I had read the Terms & Conditions when I placed the order. Their T & C's state that the customer has 14 days free trial after receipt of the items. They must then contact Avilean (only by phone) if they want to continue with the program. After 14 days trial period they will bill you for the next stage at full price. I had not received either trial product within the 14 day period and it was nearly a month before they arrived. I complained but they would only see fit to grant me a 25% refund (I am not sure yet if this has been sent to my bank)on each product. It seems they have re-written the T & C's so that regardless of receiving the item[s] you get billed for the full amount 14 days after placing your order. I will end this report with BUYER BEWARE all they want is your money. Do these products work I am on the third week with my very expensive slimming products and I have not seen any improvement. ITS A SCAM.
