Made an earlier flat rate contract of $1,000, paying $100 deposit. However, when the loaders arrived, the driver said that I had to pay $1,488 for a labor and materials contract. Wasted hours to convince me to accept the higher number and threatened to store the goods until paid.
I resisted and they went away with my bank check for $900 for the balance due.

The customer had a an estimated price of $1,000 dollars. The customer thought he had a flat rate which he did not. The company used packing materials which is additional, the customer refused to pay that. After a while we dropped the materials and make the customer happy. At the end of the day he paid $1,000.00 dollars. If there is any questions feel free to contact me.

- interesting, it seems this company uses the 'packing materials' scam quite often. oddly, my pack was devoid of many packing materials thus resulting in damaged items. Also, how many 'managers' are there? it seems every response that this company gives comes with a new 'manager' name. Please be advised, the company's responses appear to be professional, but from experience I assure you that this is not the case. I have dealt with them, have all my documentation for anyone who doubts this post, or feels for one second that this company is above board. They are not.
