In August 2011 I received a complementary offer of an Accident Insurance from National Union Fire Insurance Company in connection with my Credit Card issued by Barclay Bank Delaware. This a free service for one year from 8/20/2011 to 8/30/2012 My Policy number is 51936654.Barclay Bank has been charging to my credit card a total of $161.55
They charged me on Nov. 1,2011 $53.85;
on Feb. 22, 2012 $53.85 and in May 22, 2012 $53.85 a total of $161.55.
I wrote a letter claiming a refund and I have no answer. I sent the same letter to National Union Fire Insurance company also and I am waiting for an answer. I sent this correspondence claiming my refund on July 24, 2012

I need somebody help me to solve this issue. This is a scam doing by Barclay Bank Delaware.
I contacted them through the massage system that they have in connection with my credit card and they never helped me.
I closed the account and they told me that this online service will be available for 6 month. I am afraid that they charge me one more time $53.55 I told them that I will never pay if they do that.
I am expecting a refund of #161.55 but at present no one have contacted me with an answer.
