This is my 1st time dealing with something like this, so thank god I spent only a small amount. To make a long story short, I paid by paypal and was contacted by okaygoods by the name of "tom green," and asked for my phone number to verify my personal info since I'm a first time buyer. The phone rang once but was coming from an unknown/blocked number.

I emailed him saying to call me again and unblock his number. He never replied. After waiting for 2 hours, no in-game gold and no response to any of my emails. I emailed again asking for a refund since the site promised 10-15 minutes delivery, and it has been over 2 hours, otherwise I will open up a dispute on paypal. No replies. I open a paypal dispute.

Then I decided to go to their live chat site, the "rep" asked my email so he/she can process the order. Then the rep comes back telling me they are out of gold and to check back tomorrow. At that point I was fed up and insisted on a refund. And from there the replies became weird, the rep keep saying "ty check back" "clam down" "sorry for u :)" ??!

I posted the chat transcript on paypal. After that, the seller finally got back to me and said "this is for intangible good. go my live chat and they help u." First of all, I already went to the live chat and second of all, by him saying its "intangible" on his reply via paypal goes to show that he knows he can get away with it. So I simply reply that paypal won't allow scammers to get away with it even if it's for a virtual good

I truly regret not 'googling' okaygoods first, since there were a LOT OF complaints about this "company" (which is based in China.. Did a "whois" on www.okaygoods.com). Even though it's a small amount of money, they are making tons since all his scams add up.. So I hope paypal will freeze and close their account! What they're doing is pure evil.. They ought to be ashamed of themselves
