On or about 6/13/12 I ordered a Bilco size "b" door light grey power coated door, The order was taken by Stephen P. Coppola, I gave 375.00 $ deposit via credit card. The door was to be ready for pickup in 10 to 14 days at the Kenmore store. Stephen was to mail me a receipt reguarding my order. This I never received. On 7/31/12 I went and picked up the order at the Kenmore store, the item was on a lift truck with the box lid removed, so I could see that the item was the proper color, that is all I was able to view. When I got the door home it remained in my truck until 8/1/12 at that time I noticed that it was the wrong size. It was a "c" door not what I had ordered. On 8/2/12 I called Len-Co and talked to Stephen Coppola, I explained that he had ordered the wrong door and that we need to exchange it, he told me that it was my problem and he would order me another door but I would have to pay for that one also, I asked him if he would return the door that he miss ordered, back and he said " so sorry Charlie". I told him that I never received a copy of my order or that I never signed off on the order, he stated that once I picked the order up, the "deal is done". He also stated this is your problem and then hung up the phone on me. This a replacement door and I was on the website when I placed the order so I knew exactly the dimensions that I needed. I had the owners manual from the previous door open at the time so I could be sure that I had the correct size
