I purchased a refrigerator from Sears in October 2010 and it's not even two years old yet and is broken. The repairman said it is not only broken, but unfixable. They claim I should have purchased a Master Agreement and then the frig would have been replaced. My complaint is that they sold me a piece of junk in the first place and covered it up with the name Kenmore. I learned from the internet that my frig was actually an LG and made in Korea. If I wanted an LG, I would have purchased an LG. I believe that this is deceptive practices and that I was cheated. I have contacted Sears Holding Corporation, but they will do nothing for me. I don't believe that refrigerators should be made to be unfixable -- especially when they are not even 2 years old.
