RECEIVED LETTER IN MAIL. I WON 250,000.00 AND ONLY A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. NOT SURE IF IT IS A SCAM OR NOT. THE PHONE NUMBER IS A LONDON NUMBER. I WAS GIVEN VERY LITTLE INFORMATION EXCEPT FUNDS WOULD BE PAID FROM THEIR NORTH AMERICAN PAYMENT CENTER IN BUFFALO, NEW YORK.
