I've been charged 283.62 pounds from Orange UK which is a nightmare to me. As an international student, I always find a cheaper way to call home. So I call to a provider which can transfer my overseas call. I paid both parties including Orange and that provider. However, Orange suddenly charged me the cost which the provider had covered. I have no idea at all... Orange didn't provide me any service on international call. However, they charged me. At the same time, that provider charged me as well... No one is willing to help me...
