On the 12th of July 2012, I used the search engine Google to look up Virgin Brazilian wig sellers in the uk. I came across michelleadamsempire.com which when I clicked sent me to http://www.idealhair24-7.com/index.asp.. There was a call back request which I selected and after an hour, A lady rang me from an 'office line' 01202567871 and introduced herself as Michelle.

I asked her about an item listed on the site tagged "Brazilian human hair full lace wig 24inch #1 silk straight". The listed price was £245 but after taking down my requirements, said to get the wig in my style and size, it will be £275. I asked how payment was to be made to which she said, for express orders (to get the item within 10 days) I should pay the money or transfer it into a Santander account with sortcode: 090127 acc no: 89413456. I had a local santander close to where I was and went and paid the £275 into the account as requested. I have the receipt of the payment. I also asked for an email address to confirm my order in writing and she gave [email protected]. I sent her the email confirming my order and she rang me to confirm receiving the money and told me to expect delivery on the 23rd of July at the latest.

When I never got my product, I called her a number of times and then I sent an email stating I still never got the money and demand a refund otherwise I will take the matter up legally.. She sent me an email asking what my order number which was very odd seen as she never confirmed it despite my requests. She rang me using a mobile number 07905452767 and said she was sorry and that she was on her way to the post office to send the wig over. I then waited until the next day and when nothing came, I rang both the landline and the mobile but no one answers. I have since gone online and found a few other people who also ordered from this 'Michelle Petula Delaney' character and they too have been defrauded. This person needs to be stopped and apart from the bank receipt, I am out of pocket by 275 pounds and do not know how this happens.
