Carlsberg Travel Ltd. took £4000 to book our holiday in jamaica, 7 people were affected as for 48hrs after they had recieved the money they were not answering the phone lying about information and then just told us that they couldnt do it and now the money would take 2days for a refund. We were due to fly on the 5th and needed to be there for a family emergency. There phone number is 0203 6574333
