I was reviewing my mother's bank accounts(joint holder) WHEN I noticed an electronic check withdrawl from "Club billing fbo ys. The check memo showed this number 866-395-2021, also my mother's number. Receiving no answer from the number, and mother does deny giving any info over the phone, and she only writes 2-3 checks a month. If her number not obtained over the phone. How can her bank routing and account number be obtained by them!!??? will go thru the normal process of contacting BBB and the bank to prevent further deductions.

Surprising events, only after two days, mother's account credit with check reversal from IBEN_MED/ Club Billing FBO YS membership package.

- I have identified the company that is scamming. IBEN-MED. I got the usual story line from Rob-BDG#0942(haha) at Third party billing, and a refund will be issued in 21 business days. Also a second number was found on the back of the Echeck, (407)545-8867 and deposit account number 710000765, the number is for Echecks by Zoom, a company and echeck systems operator that help the scamming process. Will wait and see if refund ever happens. I will try to have bak at least stop payment on any further deduction from these companies.

- Total surprise, when I checked my mother's balance this morning, the check reversal from club Billing fbo yr was posted!! It was only two days, I think maybe it is the way you approach with a positive attitude toward the person you are talking to. Also, maybe one out of a thousand people that get scammed track down the culprits and try for a refund; and I think they accept giving a refund to the few who call, to avoid legal issues.
