I applied for online, and was approved for a personal loan of 10000, i was asked to collateralize the loan, with either my home a co-signer with excellent credit or purchase unemployment/disabillity insurance at a cost of 450.00 plus processing fee of 40.00, i checked this company out online and they seemed to be legitimate, I spoke several times with a loan speciallist, named Tim Parker, his number is 8775025335 ext. 10, I recieved by fax the loan documents, i faxed them back, and paid for the insurance, i was told my deposit would be in my bank within 4 hours, i checked several times, and never recieved the deposit, i called back and spoke with mr. parker, and was told that upon further review by senior staff my funds were on hold until i purchase additional insurance at another cost of 300.00, i asked for and have not recieved a refund from them, or even a confirmation my refund is forthcomming, i have contacted several agencies in washington state were they are headquartered, seattle washington, and was told to contact the attorney general of washington, which i plan on doing first thing monday morning, 8/6/12 to file fraud charges if possible, i was counting on this loan to finance my business, and was very angry i was either scammed or defrauded, i have emails, an initial phone conversation, and the original loan documents from mr. parker, and gentra finance, and would appreciate my money back, or another avenue to pursue this organization, thank you. dave hunter

  • I sure would like the information for contacting the Attorney General in WA.....this EXACT same thing happened to me just a week ago...and I am out $750!! I also am contacting the BBB too!

  • Hi, Patrick, you can contact the Washington State Attorney generals office, at www.atg.wa.gov/, I've already set a complaint against this co., not that it will get my money back, I'm out 450.00, they promised me if i send them another 300.00, I will get my loan, sure i will, if we both file a complaint, maybe they will act
