hello everyone. this company dont have an email so i put my adress..
my name is michal, from israel.
i've made an order before two month ago.. 6 of jun of 127.50$.
all i got is a shower cap..
they cancel my account on their website, i sent 5 mail to their site and also to the adress [email protected] - nothing!.
i dont know what to do.. I usually can not afford myself to spend that amount of money.
please help me

Hi Michal,
How did you pay for the shoes? If it was through PayPal, start the dispute/claim process immediately. They do know about these scammers, and they'll probably decide in your favour. One thing though, you signed for or accepted the package with the shower cap, and that's a bit complicated. They use that as proof to PayPal that you actually received your shoes. Moreover, go to the PayPal community forum, search for the thread "shoe seller China" and post this over there. The administrator, Olivia, will help you with advice how to go about next.
