I brought 3 coupons under outlet.com.sg on 16 Jun 2012 & 5 July 2012. One coupon mention that redemption period from 28 June ~ 28 July 2012,another one is end June and end July, But i did received email mentioning that there is shipment delay for 1 of the item and will be informed me by email again once the item is ready to collect. But now I called them today 06 Aug 2012 and nobody answer the phone. i just want to know how can I claim back my money and I have paid to credit card company.
