I bought a pair of shoes from a website which was meant to be a christian louboutin clearance website. This is the link for the product I ordered http://www.christinslouboutin.com/christian-louboutin-pumps-calypso-black-red-blue-p-489.html and the total cost came to £137.97 with free shipping. However, I was surprised when I saw the amount of £145.53 on my bank statement so I got intouch with the company. I got a reply from an Eric Alex from the email [email protected] and he said the discrepancy in price was due to fluntunating exchange rates so I let it go.
I receieved my order on the 19th of July and discovered that the product was a fake because of the following reasons:
The colour on the swede part of the shoes was staining things, the leather part was made with synthetic material and not leather, the crystal parts had been glued on with strings of glue hanging out and finally the sole was ripping apart from the shoes. I then went to the offical site for the louboutin store and they did not actually stock that design. I got in touch with Eric Alex again regarding a return but I wasn't sure that if i sent the shoes back, I would actually get a refund. The last e-mail I sent was on the 23rd of July asking for a phone number but I am yet to get a reply. This company is advertising on facebook and ripping innocent unsuspecting people off money. I do not want to wear a fake pair of designer shoes!
