I´ve received the watch, but it doesn´t work correctly; it stops during the night; some times goes faster or lower, so it doesn´t show the correct time; I need to modify the time very often.
Jeri (from Luxury) told me to send the watch back to be replaced. I was ready to send the watch but the ems courier says that I have to pay here before, it´s not possible to pay it at the destination. The amount for the courier is around U$S 80; so it means almost the watch price, nobody me the way to send the watch to be paid at the destination or tell me some other way to charge the courier to your company.
The watch doesn´t work well so I ´ve already paid for good watch; so all related costs should charge to the watch company.
