i ordered a pair of shoes from this website, i paid by debit/visa credit card. i still have not received my shoes and they gave me a tracking number that dosen't exist. i just want what i paid for but they will no longer answer my emails please help me get my shoes!

- I work for the company. Unfortunately, the owner of the company had what she thought was a trusted business partner. Turned out she didn't. They were basically stealing from her and not processing the proper returns when needed nor shipping items when ordered. During the duration of the time she was dealing with personal family issues with an ill family member which kept her away from work. I feel really bad for her because she is a good person who is honest and trustworthy and unfortunately the person she trusted to help her and partner with her completely screwed her. She has been in business for many years. I just don't think it's fair that her reputation should be ruined because someone screwed her. Just thought i'd put that out there just cause I don't think it's fair that someone else decided make bad decisions.
