Bought a mobile broadband device which I was told would stream security video to my laptop anywhere I went, including at home. I was told the mobile hotspot would be perfect for the job and it would be $80.00 a month and possibly after seeing how much usage we had we could most likely drop the plan to the $50. per month plan. I got my first bill. It was $80.00 for the plan and $650.00 in usage fees. I tried to resolve the problem but was told people were on vacation, and other excuses. I would like all money back for the device and charges to activate the device. I will return the device pronto. The product will stream the video like I was told, BUT, not for the price that I was told it would cost. ($80.00 Per month) I was told I could not cancel the 1 year agreement without a early termination fee. Therefore I already paid $200 &some $ +
I have a bill for $700 $ some odd dollars and a $80.00 a month contract which I cannot cancel without a fee, and a device which I cannot use because it would be crazy to pay that much every month. If we were told the truth about the cost of the device usage we would have never purchased this device.
