About 30 minutes ago I purchased the 14-day-trial account for a website called Trails.com. After trying to discontinue the membership so that I wouldn't be charged after the aforementioned two weeks, the website made clear that I had somehow bought a membership for the year. Any changes I tried to make in "My Account" or "My Profile," or anywhere on the site for that matter, were unsuccessful.
To be quite honest, I'm outraged. $50 was just removed from my bank account without my permission.
