For $99.49 I did not order this, nor am I paying for it. I filed a complaint with Wells Fargo Bank, and since this transaction caused my account to be overdrawn, I would also like the $35.00 put back into my account at the same time. Please ASAP

I don't know what this in for, nor did I order anything. Everytime I get on the computer, someone seems to be waiting for information, to add something, or use my account. I'm tired of this, and I am going to report you to the BBB. This in not fair to people who are looking something up, and all of a sudden, deductions start happening to my checking. No more. Please take care of this, as I am on alimited income, and an eldery person. This needs to stop. I think there are laws to protect elderly people from this happening. At least, when it as to do with charges they may not know are going on.

- This happened to my Mother also, she is on fixed income too and they deducted half her income. Cannot believe things like this are happening to our elderly....hope these people never sleep at night for the evil acts they perform on our loved ones.
