The bank foreclosed on my house at 60 days, a payment was made within 90 days, and they wanted 2800.00 for a re-instatement fee, they settled for 600.00. Have 100,000.00 in equity and want to foreclose. I had cought up on morgage payments, but know I am 60 days late, I lost my job, and need help with this situtation.
