Sent money via Western Union Money Transfer to a (supposidly) Google Checkout agent for secure holding until i received a truck I was trying to buy from an ad in craigslist bend oregon in the car/truck section. I am sure it was a scam (solder being deployed and selling truck). I thought by using Google Checkout for payment security it was safe, as Google Checkout promised to hold the money for up to 10 days after the truck was received and inspected by me. As of today, August 7, 2012 I can not get a response via email from the seller or Google Checkout.

- Was the seller Jacqueline Bucher or John Koval? Was the truck in the same state? If not, what state did they say they were shipping it from?

This scammer has used this email address as the return path on numerous similar scams. In the case I am investigating the victim in Florida thought they were sending money via western union to Georgia. The money transfer was collected from a Western Union Branch in Colorado.
