i saw toys on their website and i ordered for them. they said they would be delivered on the 2 of august but i didnt recieve any. their phone numbers are out of service and they havent responded to an email i have sent them. these are about 8 in the past 4 days and i have not got one response from them.

    I am in the same case as you except that I ordered for $ 5,000 of merchandise
    by dint of having harassed by email I got a refund of my order.
    I complained to the website of fbi and interpolates this may be why he got a little scared.
    normally the merchandise I ordered is supposed to come today or tomorrow from what he told me and I arranged with them for the refund on receipt of the goods but unlike you he responds to my emails (4 A DAY)

  • Hi sabrina, they will not deliver the merchandise. they have non. actually i have seen a couple of other complaints from people on the web. just go ahead and ask for your funds. This is a scam pure and simple. what they do is that they change names every 4-6 months. They used to be called closeouts wholesalers .com please advise me on the FBI website, i would like to file a complaint there too. thanks in advance.

  • complaint also deposit on the site www.econsumer.gov
    Then an email reecriver thecloseoutscenter by indicating that you have taken a lawyer there and it will handle your case if you do not repay it immediately.
    me I made ??my money in 24 hours and I asked him to pay me via paypal (this is immediate) when I was paid by international transfer
    this is why I doubt this is a scammer he saw my back my money and I have to pay to carry
    (but even filed a complaint when you never know)

  • he is a scammer sabrina, you just have to browse yahoo to see and other sites like that look at webintergrity to see peoples' complaints. thanks alot for the info.

  • hi sabrina, i have complained with both organisations you suggested and he said he can refund if i withdraw the complaints. that email he sent yesterday and now i have not heard from him again.
