I ordered a laptop from www.retail-wholesale.com (Etai). The site has lots of content, which is why I thought it not a scam, as it must have taken some time to assembly this website.
Order was processed on the site(without payment initially), then I was asked by email to send payment via Western Union to the site owner; First Name : Guang Qin
Last Name : Lv
Address : NO. 98 RenMing Road
Zip Code : 473000
City : NanYang
Country : China
I made payment and never heard from them again. Website still lists order as "waiting for payment", and they will not respond to several emails now. Website still appears to be online and functional.
