I recieved a phone call from a guy claiming to be Federal Financial Investigator Leo Fernandez saying that I owe $692.22 and that I had three federal criminal charges against me for $692.22 and I had to pay that amount within 1 hour or the police would be at my job with an arrest warrent and arrest me and that I would also have to pay over $8,000 in federal violations. He told me I had exactly 1 hour to pay or I would be arrested.... I immediately borrowed the money and got a money pack as instructed and paid the money. He said he would call me back shortly to give me the dismisal information to take the Police Dept. My husband called to ask him questions and to get him to explain everything to him and he told my husband he would call back in 20 minutes. He did not call back and when I called him back he said that they did not accept my Money Pak payment and that I had 1 hour to pay $400. I checked my money pak balance and the money was not there. I then contacted the Greensboro NC police dept. to file a report.
