Vipocean.com should be shut down. They took money from my account twice after i had cancelled my subscription because i paid for a product they had on offer but never received it. Cancelled the subscription but when the 1st payment was still taken i tried to get on their website to try and get my money refunded but the website was shut down because other people had complained for the same reasons. Have contacted them via email several times, they have agreed to pay me back half of what they owe me because that is the maximum they can pay me because it was the last payment within the last 30 days!! even though i have been trying to get the 1st lot of money back off them for over 5-6 weeks. I will not give up till i get all is owed to me because i had bank charges of an un-paid direct debit because they took my money and its theft!
