I purchased a pair of OluKai Paniolo Wedge II W Mica/Dark Java 10M shoes for $38.70 and paid through my PAYPAL account on 7/12/12. After 2 weeks I tried to contact the company for shipping/tracking info, no response. I opened a case in PAYPAL. They requested tracking info on my behalf and received a USPS tracking #. I had no idea I was purchasing my shoes from China! They closed the case at that point even after I told them they had not responded to me and I was concerned that this maybe fraud. I received a package on 8/1/12 and it was a cheap 5 cent shower cap in a very tiny envelope. I took a picture of the envelope which had the tracking info on the outside as well as the customs declaration, hopefully showing that a pair of shoes couldn't be shipped in this packaging. I called PAYPAL and they re-opened the claim and was told to wait 10 days for a response. They also told me not to send anything back even if the shipper requested. After one day PAYPAL refunded my money in full. I wish I would have researched this company before placing an order.
