I bought several of their packages and was bidding on the iPad, of course I did not win, the ones I bid on went for $50+,the ones I didn't win, but watched the auction, went for $10 or less. So I complaied, this is what I got:

In regards to your comments of prices increasing when you bid, is there a specific price range that you believe auctions should end?

All auctions are unique and will end dependent on customer interest.
There are no set ranges for any of the auctions to close.

There are many other customers placing bids and all are devising their own tactics.
Products such as the iPad 2 are very popular and we see vast fluctuating prices on these.

As a business we are attracting new and old customers all the time.
It is important we do this to remain viable.

We are not responsible for any customers bidding tactics.
You are not the only customer bidding on the auctions.

So like a fool I bought the top bid package, didn't win, had to email them to get the replacement bids and of course still didn't win. On the last package I bid on I even saw my bid go from highest bid to 'Going...Going...' the next should have been 'Gone' but of course I was out bid again. I think they are a rip off, no matter how many times you bid you will not win. I watched as bids were put in and when it got down to 10 seconds each bid would reset the clock to any where form 10 to 55 seconds, no ryme or reason to it.
