I have made several purchases from this outlet.com.sg in May.The redemption date specified on the voucher is somewhere in June.However,when nearer to the dates,email was sent from them informing me there will be a delay in the shipment and advised another day.I went down again on the 2nd specified date,but I was told items haven't reached them too and once they receive will send to me via registered mail.I have been waiting and waiting but kept receiving their item delayed emails.It has already been 3 months++++ since I made my purchase!Then today when I logged in their website to take a look,realized in horror that the website is close down and we are directed to a PDF letter informing the company Volotek PTE LTD is undergoing provisional liquidation!!!!OMG,suddenly I realized that this company is a scam and I found many other people who are facing same issue as me.For those of you who are also cheated by this stupid company,let's unite and sue them to CASE.I want to get back my money!How can they ought to cheap people like that?!!!And I can't believe this website is even recommended by newspapers like Today and Sinming.Any of you who is also cheated and feel like lodge a complaint against them,plese feel free to contact me through [Personal Information Removed],we need more justice!
