Received a call from a guy named Eric Jones from Cash Advance USA, he stated that they were filing an arrest warrent for me for Banking Violations, and check fraud. They called me at my job!!! They said I borrowed money I did not pay back that the money borrowed was $685.00 and now I owed $4,969.00 and they were sending someone to my job to arrest me!!! He would not let me say anything he just kept telling me this was my problem and it was to bad for me. I was really freaked out as I just started this job!! I called our Sheriff's office and she said that she thought this sounded like a scam. That when you are going to be arrested they don't gve you a call to let you know (since I have never been arrested). This call made a mess of the rest of my day! What they are doing is really messed up. I wanted to know if anybody actually has had anything taken from there bank account or has anyone come to your work or home??
