ON JUL 15 12, FASTAGAIN CAME ACROSS MY SCREEN AS LEGITIMATE,I THOUGHT FREE,PROVIDER OF CLEAN-UP OF ERRORS,VIRUSES, ETC. I CALLED, THEY SHOWED OVER 100 PROBLEMS,I PAID. MY SPAM MORE THAN QUADRUPLED...EVENTUALLY COULD NOT TURN OFF MY COMPUTER. CALLED THE 800# AND THE GUY NOT ONLY WOULD NOT FIX THE PROBLEM OR RE-IMBURSE BUT WHEN CONFRONTED AS TO CHANCE,RESPONDED IN THE POSITIVE! TOOK MY LAP-TOP TO CHAIN STORE TO BE CLEANED UP, NEXT DAY AFTER OUR CONVERSATION ON 08\08\2012. PS. HE TRIED TO SELL ME MORE.
