I ordered the EX Covers online..price was supposed to be 19.99 plus 5.99 shipping for a total of 25.98. They offered 2 extra covers free of charge..I was charged 29.99 for the two free covers and more shipping for a total of 69.82. WHen I called they told me they could not cancel my order or change it because it had shipped..card is not supposed to be charged until they ship. They gave me a USPS tracking number and told me shen I got the package in 7-10 days I can refuse it or send back which takes another 7-10 days and get a refund. USPS has no record of the tracking number and told me they have not shipped item. I was also charged priority shipping which should be 2-3 days and regular shippping would only take 3-5 days. It has been four days and still no record of shipment with USPS. Customer Service tells lie after lie when I contacted them both by Email and telephone.
