Today I checked my account and found this fraudulent activity from OzMerix on my account. They made a fake check that had my name and my real account number but no signature, no full address, and not even my bank's name was on it. Instead of my signature, it said "authorization on file". The amount was for $39.99. I immediately called my bank and I am now in the process of closing my account.
