I have purchased the Norton antivirus on my computers. Somehow on my laptop it added a new Norton antivirus protection on it that expires in 29 days. I called the company to ask if they would talk me through trying to correct the problem on my laptop. I was told Yes for a charge of $39.99. Please tell me why if I have already purchased your antivirus program you as a company will not even help me to load it on my laptop unless I pay you extra money. Wow
