I received a letter from Costco addressed to my brother who died in November of 2011. The letter included a check and said this part of a $175,000 prize ....... The letter from Commerce Investment Group instructed that check was not to be cashed until "prizewinner" contacted number given. I am not contacting number and assume it is a hoax.
