I took out a contract on my pay as go phone to change to monthly payment of £8 on Thur. 9th Aug with Emme bernestein. She was pleasent and helpful when selling the product but not when i cancel the contract. I sent her e-mail on Sat 10th and on Mon. 13th we exchanged some e-mails. She failed to help me to cancel my contract and as a result i was shunting from piller to post when i try dial Customer Servives.All the time i had to listen to these long winded automated mesages but no where it told me how to cancel my contract. Emma failed to say that my pay as you go will stop immediately so on Mon-13th Aug. i bought a voucher for £20 which i couldn't put in and now the voucher is sitting on my desk. My complaint is to bothe the sales person not helping me to cancel my contract an dthe company is very confusing sites which unable me to cancel my contract. Please can you cancel it now with immediate effect.I would like to ask the company to pay me for my time, inconvenience and telephone bill. Shukla ,(MS), mob [Personal Information Removed], t-mobile.
