THEY TELL YOU A MANUAL REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, THERE ARE NO SUPERVISORS, THEN THERE ARE SUPERVISORS WHO ARE ON THE PHONE. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A "MANUAL REFUND" SINCE 6/22/12, TODAY IS 8/13/12
