I got a call on my cell phone telling me I had qualified to lower my credit cards interest rates. When I asked who they were and what credit card were they representing they said Credit Card Services out of Orlando Florida and they work with all credit card companies. When I asked for a phone number to check them out and call them back she said she couldn't do that and turned me over to her supervisor who went through basically the same speil. When I asked him for their phone number so I could check them out and call back he hung up on me. My phone registered this phone number [Personal Information Removed]
