$30.00 was drafted out of my accounted issued to checkprocess for Pacific Advances. This was an electronic check, EFT, so it was done electonically without a hard copy of the check. The problem is I never approved this. I notified my bank right away; they did some digging and found that this was an application fee for a pay day loan. However, I never applied for a loan, and would never apply for a pay day loan. I called the number listed on the check, 1.866.763.7462, and informed them that is a fraudulent claim but they where unwilling do do anything. They were unable to tell me who the loan was through,how much was applied for,and the information on the application, very sketchy! They infact tried to keep me as a customer by giving me a "free" gas card! They advised me to look at their website support@pacificadvance which was unhelpful!!! This is truely a sketchy company and I hope hoone willing does business with them.
