These charges just appeared on our T-Mobile bill. I do not give my cell number to anyone except close friends and family. Who are these people and how can they get away with this?
I called their 800 number and got a recording with an option to cancel their "premium customer care" service, but they ask for my cell number and I don't feel comfortable entering it (even though they obviously have it!) It's some kind of scam that needs to be stopped!!!!!

- The same thing happened to me. I also have T-mobile. I called last mo. and the customer service rep. said they would block it and remove the charge. Well, it happened again this mo. I called and the customer service rep was very rude. Then the call dropped. I called back, got a 2nd person who said they can only stop one charge. That call also got dropped. Called a 3rd time and the CSR said she would blacklist it and I shouldnt' receive any more texts. It's my son's # and if it happens again, I'm going to change his #. Very unhappy with T-mobile.
