We have exactly same problem like the person described above . Webside seems to doesnt exist. We waiting for the car to be delivered today, but I have a strong feeling, that nothing is going to happend.
we even received email from gumtree {proably fake too ] who recommended that webside.
Maybe we are wrong, and all transation will be without problem, but I think we have become a victim of froud.
