Cleverbridge AG Koeln debited my checking account in the amount of $29.95 on Tuesday 8/14/2012 which I did not authorize. I do not know who they are (it is) and I have never heard of them. I plan to report it to my bank today Wednesday 8/15/2012.
I also plan to report them to the Texas Attorney General's office.
In addition, I looked them up on the Web this morning and see that they have scammed others.
Let us join together and cause them to close and pay damages as well as refund our money.

Thank you for your post. cleverbridge is the payment processor for Systweak, the makers of the RegClean Pro program as well as a variety of other software manufacturers and digital media companies.
Our records indicate that we have located the charge in question and have corresponded with you to an appropriate conclusion. Our contacts with you can be found below:

cleverbridge is the e-commerce partner for a number of online businesses and therefore in some cases our name appears on credit card statements in place of the company from whom you purchased the product. In your case, actually your credit card statement should rather show the name of the software manufacturer, Systweak, and not cleverbridge. Can you please confirm that "Systweak" is indicated on your credit card statement?
Our records indicate that on 8/13/2012 an order was placed for RegClean Pro. You should have received an email confirmation with a receipt and all order related information.

A am very sorry that I did not recognize the debit you made when I purchased RegClean Pro. Perhaps you should list RegClean Pro instead of the cleverbridge. In addition, you may have grounds to sue scrambook for damages because I see that others have listed you in scrambook and they have not removed the complaints.
