Nobility called us out of the blue, and said they got our info off of the computer stating that we were looking for rent to own houses. They said they could finance a home for us until we was able to get a loan from a bank.
Then they said we could refinance and our house payments would be cheaper. They said they could move us into a house that week. They even emailed a pre-approval letter for us that same day. They said they would need a downpayment of $4500 and we told them we only had $500 in savings. They told us that would work for then but to be saving up and making biweekly payments until the downpayment was paid in full. They wanted us to send what we had to prove we was interested and to show action on our part. So we did thru MoneyPac, but before we did we asked if we ever decided to change our minds, would we be able to get our money back? They said no problem, we could cancel at anytime and be refunded in full. That money was our vacation money that we was saving to take our family on our first real vacation, but when nobility popped up, we decided a home for our family was more important and our vacation could wait a little while. Once we had sent the money they said they would be sending us pictures of homes that we might be interested in to our email address. Well one day went by and no email then another and another. So we called them and they said they had sent some but they didn't, this went on for a couple days more and they hadn't really showed us anything. So we decided to cancel, and ask for our money back, they told us we would have to fill out a refund request form by email. I asked them to send it to us and they said ok and said it would be sent to us, well it didnt show up that day so I called back the next day and told them we never got the form. Nobility said they would sent it right now. Well we got it, filled it out, and sent it back. Well there was no reply back so we called and asked how we was going to get our money back and when!! They said it would take 3 to 4 months to get our refund back. Well we was very upset about that, after a few days we decided to call back and find out more about our money and would you know it, their number was no longer in service!!!!
