I found a Christmas movie I have been looking for for years---I was so excited to order it on July 24, 2012-----August 1, 2012 I wanted to get a tracking but could not--e-mailed the company and a man named Doug Gordan responded with, they had a backlog of orders and mine was shipped out that day--My DVD never arrived and it is now August 15 th---so very disappointed !!!!
